Our shipping schedule is Monday through Wednesday. All orders placed before 5pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) will ship same day. Orders placed on Thursday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
All orders have a guaranteed 3 day ship date to ensure freshness upon arrival.
All orders will be free of shipping costs!
We freeze our product before shipment in an insulated thermal wrap maximizing freshness.
The product is shipped frozen to ensure it arrives fresh and in good condition to your door.
We recommend no more than one year, but can be kept frozen for up to 18 months.
It is recommended for the product to be used within a week after it is thawed.
We ship via USPS.
Yes, we recommend you track your package with the tracking number provided to insure someone is home to receive your shipment.
